On a bed of fresh spinach leaves, arrange aesthetically:
- fried chickpeas marinated in lime juice, cayenne pepper, chili and coriander
- green beans cooked in lemon, butter, garlic and caramelised onions
- sweet potatoes baked in olive oil and cinnamon
- salty greek feta
- pomegranate seeds
